This morning, I read Get Off Your “But”; How to End Self-Sabotage and Stand Up for Yourself by Sean Stephenson. When it comes to self-help, there are a great many “feel good” books out there. This isn’t one of them!
Sean has faced life-changing adversity during his life. He is a speaker and psychotherapist, and is pursuing a PhD. I encourage you to check out his website and watch the videos. His message is very compelling, and my words can't do him justice.
